Shubo salad is a new concept with in the fast food industry. Following the changes on lifestyle the young culture and urban life had also brought new habits.

Natural, fresh and healthy ingredients are more and more popular together with fitness, sports and the care of fashion and aesthetic.

We were commissioned to bring all this concepts together in a design that fits fast city lifestyle, casual dining and green fresh concepts. 

Choosing an industrial style, the space gives several options of seating as bench, small group of tables, and individual settings in a stair type.

The counter and delivery food area has a large glass display to choose the ingredient of salad and a concrete ceiling wrap the service space. 

The shop front is modern, minimal and opened to the outside welcoming guest from different angles. Partial outside seatings are set to increase the capability of the store and integrate it better with the surroundings.
